Video 1. KuiqpicK Setup and Calibration: With minimal training, KuiqpicK is the key to reliable, precise, and affordable individual cell collection and tissue microdissection. This video shows real-time setup and calibration of KuiqpicK 1.2 for the microdissection of brain tissue. Researcher goes through calibration procedure using 40x magnification and 60µm Disposable-Capillary Unit (DCU).
Video 2. Real Time Brain Tissue Microdissection: This video shows real-time microdissection of brain tissue, specifically the dentate gyrus granule cell layer using a 20um disposable capillary unit (DCU) followed by the dissection of the molecular layer using both 20um and 40um DCUs.
Video 3. Real Time Single Cell Collection from Cultures: Real time procedure for collection of individual cells from culture dish is demonstrated. Minor adjustments of vacuum strength and DCU height are shown for difficult to collect cells. Human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells are used.
